Allison has over 15 experience as a highly specialized leadership and human dynamics consultant, coach, facilitator and speaker with a unique set of skills and educational background. She has a B.A in Professional Communication, an M.A. in Leadership Science/Organizational Consulting from the prestigious School of Leadership and Education Science (SOLES) from the University of San Diego, as well as another Master's degree in Psychology. She was further trained and certified at the Center for Creative Leadership and has completed all but dissertation (ABD) for a PhD in Psychology.

 

She has been a speaker on conference circuits, a leadership radio show host on the Michigan Business Network, a leadership advisor on the Small Business Administration of Michigan, a published author in industry magazines, and a sought after leadership expert on various radio shows and publications such as Crains of Detroit.

Allison has been working with teams of all sizes, industry and culture since 2010 and has developed an exclusive and effective 72 hours worth of customizable training that results in empowered team dynamics very quickly. Her content is to-the-point and realistic-solving issues quickly and offering avenues for continued growth.

Allison formerly worked in Readiness and Deployment Support with the United States Marine Corps, MCAS Miramar-an experience that helped her develop an appreciation for mission focused cultures where hard work, trusted relationships and straightforward personalities prevail.
