Allison acts as Controller for the overall company management, as well as the Leadership + Human Dynamics Specialist for the leadership and professional training arm of Echo Six Solutions.
Allison worked in Readiness and Deployment Support for the United States Marine Corps, MCAS Miramar, prior to starting FlightLead Leadership Consulting in 2010 (transitioned to her name only in 2015). She has served as a leadership expert through organizational consulting, team facilitation, executive coaching, focus group facilitation, and keynote/conference speaking. She has also been an author for industry publications, and the host of the "Leadership Low Down" on the Michigan Business Network, as well as podcaster of "The Influence Project". She has logged thousands of hours working with people from all industries, levels and backgrounds.
